Boston Out-Patient Surgical Suites

I recently had a procedure at Boston Out-Patient Surgical Suites, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The nurses were absolutely outstanding — attentive, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The doctors were equally impressive. Wish I could remember all their names. Their expertise, clear communication, and calm demeanor gave me complete confidence. They explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure I understood what to expect before and after surgery. My surgeon was Dr Michael Reinhorn of Boston Hernia. He repaired two hernia’s. First was an Umbilical Hernia, and the other was a left Inguinal Hernia. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him and his team to anybody who needs hernia surgery. The facility itself was new and spotless, well-organized, and ran seamlessly. Every staff member I encountered demonstrated genuine care and dedication to patient comfort and safety. Overall, this was a 10-star experience. I am truly grateful to the entire team for making what was a stressful situation feel smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend Boston Out-Patient Surgical Suites to anyone in need of exceptional surgical care. And recommend Boston Hernia and Dr Micheal Reinhorn and Team for their hernia repair needs!!!

A+... All team members I worked with were kind, friendly, and explained. Ha is FABULOUS! She has a fantastic bedside manner. She is extremely knowledgeable and great with all the particulars to get you ready & relaxed. She was my Pre-Op Nurse. Dr. Kavolus ... AMAZING... in all ways. Joy... OR NURSE... she entertained me during the spinal... which scarred the crap out of me. She let me squeeze her hand when needed. She kept me busy in conversation. I can't that her enough. Kat... Recovery Nurse... so gentle, kind, patient, & great job explaining the exit instructions. Woody... PT... fabulous. Even though I've been through this before, he demonstrated and explained why. I truly appreciated this. Matt... recovery nurse... gentle, understanding, kind, & helpful. I know I've missed people... like I said all GREAT!! The facility is A-1. This was the first time using this site. Surpassed my expectations.

I loved this place. My surgeon Dr. Micheal Reinhorn uses it. I had an umbilical hernia repair done here. Execution by their nurses and staff is amazing. Great people, great service, kind, considerate, and brand spanking new modern facilities. The lobby area feels like an airport lounge, complete with screen to show you when your plane boards or lands. (well actually it tells you when the person you are waiting for are out of surgery). They called me Monday after my Friday procedure to check on my progress. I couldn't say more about how great they were. Fast, efficient and much preferred over a Newton Wellesley Hospital intake.

This is my second time using services with BBJI. First was three years ago, with Dr. Alan Curtis performing my rotator cuff surgery. This time I had Dr. Kim for an arthroplasty on my left thumb. My experiences have been wonderful. That’s why I chose them again, even though they are an hour away from my home. The new location is expansive!
